市民和球迷可于10月28日20时后在苏服办“省足球联赛预约购票”平台“我的预约”模块中查看抽签结果，中签的市民和球迷还将收到短信提醒。请中签的市民和球迷在10月29日20时前点击“我的预约”模块进行票款支付，付款后将收到线上预约支付成功的通知短信，同时购票平台“我的票夹”内将更新票务信息。超时未支付的视为自动放弃购票资格，放弃后空出的购票资格将按照公证机构确定的候补订单号顺位递补。递补成功的市民和球迷也将收到短信提示，在10月30日20时前完成付款后会获得观赛资格。

根据赛程，今年苏超决赛南通vs泰州的比赛将于11月1日19:35在南京奥体中心进行。
